Late Bus and Late Rider

At Buggy, We are committed to providing reliable and convenient service. We understand that your time is precious and that you depend on us to get your children to their destinations safely and on time. That's why we have a strict policy on Lateness and no-shows. When you do not show up for a ride without notifying us in advance, you disrupt the service for other customers, drivers, and staff who rely on our schedule. Therefore, please respect our policy and inform us as soon as possible when a student cannot make it to a ride. If you violate our policy repeatedly, you may face penalties such as cancellation fees, suspension of service, or termination of your account. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

Late Rider Policy (a.) If a rider does not show up for their buggy ride on two consecutive days without prior notice, Buggy reserves the right to put their rides on hold for the rest of that week. (b.) The rider can resume service only after we check with their parent and their parent confirms with us on Sunday that the rider will start riding the following week again. (c.) If a rider violates the Late Rider Policy again within 30 days after the first suspension, Buggy can put their rides pickups on hold for a more extended period and also reserves the right to suspend the rider indefinitely.

Reasons for Lateness (a.) Late rider policy notwithstanding, there may be instances where the Buggy driver, like other motorists, is late picking up a rider due to traffic delays, weather conditions, accidents, driver illness, or other unforeseeable events. (b.) The Buggy may also experience extended mechanical breakdowns or "no starts" that cause delays in picking up riders on time. (c.) By allowing your child to ride in a buggy van, you acknowledge and accept that such events may occur and agree not to hold Buggy, its employees, or affiliates liable for any loss, liability, claims, demand, damages, cost, and expenses arising out of or in connection with Lateness.

Communication and Notice (a.) The rider or the rider's parent must provide prior notice of any anticipated lateness or absence from the buggy ride. (b.) Buggy will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the rider or the rider's parent to ensure their safety and well-being in case of any lateness or absence. (c.) You acknowledge and accept that Lateness is not a qualified reason to terminate the contract between you and Buggy.

By allowing your child to ride in a van and accepting these terms of service, you acknowledge and accept the Late Rider Policy, Reasons for Lateness, Indemnification and Hold Harmless, and Communication and Notice provisions outlined above.

Photo Release

During the school year, we take photographs of our service involving students to share Buggy's positive vibe and updates.
